Sizes
What size should I order?
When shopping online, it can be difficult to know which size is perfect for you, so to make sure you can order your garment in the perfect fit, we make sure to add a size guide to all items on the website.
Our sizing runs true to size unless otherwise noted, so if you want a loose fit, we recommend ordering a size larger than your usual size.

Orders and Shipping.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal

Can I use more than one discount at a time on my purchase?
If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage of it!
This must be included at checkout at the beginning of the purchase.
However, you cannot use more than one discount code on your purchase and discount codes cannot be applied to sale items.
Can I modify my purchase?
If at the time of placing the order you have made a mistake by entering incorrect information, send us an email to info@fikandco.com with the changes you wish to make and we will get to work.
Attention! We need you to tell us the buyer's order number, email and full name.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can refund the amount and cancel it. However, if your order has been prepared, you will have to receive it and return it.
To check if we can cancel your order before it is prepared, please email info@fikandco.com to confirm.
Where is my order?
The tracking number is automatically sent to the email used to make the purchase. If you have any questions or you have not received the tracking number, write to us at: info@fikandco.com
Standard Delivery
Standard home delivery, national.
Delivery times are usually 24/72 hours during the week (up to 4 days for islands).
If your order is less than €70, shipping costs will be €2.50. If your order exceeds €70, shipping will be free only in Spain.
International standard delivery
Delivery times for international shipments are 7 to 10 business days.
If your shipment is international, shipping costs will be calculated based on origin.
If your order exceeds €200, shipping will be free.
In specific cases, delays may occur due to vacations or external causes. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact our customer service at info@fikandco.com with your name and order number.
The current transportation company for national orders is CORREOS and UPS for international shipments.
International deliveries
If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to tariffs, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. FIKANDCO is responsible for shipping but not for possible local costs.
The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the importation of the product.
For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery, to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services that are processing your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
- Incorrect address: We recommend checking if the address provided is correct.
- Failed deliveries: they will try up to 3 times to deliver the package. If you still need help, feel free to contact us at info@fikandco.com.
Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk mail folder, your confirmation email may be there.
If you can't find it, you can write to us at info@fikandco.com and we will locate it. If necessary, we would change the purchase email and resend it.
If you want to ensure you receive emails from us in the future, please add us to your desired mailing list and make sure the email you used for your purchase is correct.
Returns and Refunds.
What is our return policy?
Returns by transport company:
You can return your items by mail. From the moment you receive the order, you have 30 days to send us an email to: info@fikandco.com with your return request, indicate your name and surname, order number and reason for the return. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive the refund to the original payment method or via an IBAN number.
FIKANDCO is not responsible for the costs of logistical delivery procedures. The return price is €5.80 national and €15 international.
Changes by transport company:
You can also make size changes by mail at no additional cost. From the moment you receive the order, you have 30 days to send us an email to: info@fikandco.com with your request to change size or model, tell us your name and surname, order number and reason for the change. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Another order number will be generated and sent within our usual delivery times.
How can I change my order or get a refund?
Changes and returns by mail:
You can make your return or exchange request by sending us an email to: info@fikandco.com, you only need the order number and email. Our exchange and returns team allows you to receive the refund in the original payment method or through an IBAN number.
FIKANDCO is not responsible for the amounts for the logistics of delivery in case of requesting a refund. Changes for another size have no additional costs.
From the moment you receive the order, you have 30 days to register your exchange or return request, provided that the conditions of our exchange policy are met.
Can I return or change my online order?
Yes, you can return your order online. You have a period of 30 days from the day of purchase to make an exchange or return by sending us an email to: info@fikandco.com, only the order number and email are required. Our returns and exchanges team allows you to immediately receive a refund to the original payment method or via an IBAN number.
FIKANDCO is not responsible for the costs of delivery logistics in case of requesting a refund. Exchanges for another size have no additional costs.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
damaged items
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work very hard to make our garments of the best quality and without defects. But even for us it is difficult to have everything under control. Therefore, if you have any concerns with a defective or damaged item, write us an email to: info@fikandco.com
Additional Information
All items we offer are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please contact us at info@fikandco.com if you believe your purchase is defective and attach images. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may involve returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.
