Shipping policy

*All orders placed before 12 p.m. m. (GMT) on one business day, we aim to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. However, some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

*Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. If you are interested in a specific shipping method, please do not hesitate to contact us through the contact page, before purchasing.

*Please note that shipping costs and delivery days vary depending on your country of residence.

- Spain
(around 2-3 business days)

– EU countries
(around 3-5 business days)

- Rest of the world
(around 5-7 working days)

Shipments will be made by UPS, except Spain and Portugal, where MRW will be the selected carrier.

*You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. To check the status of your shipment, enter the code found in your confirmation email HERE and click "Search". Information about any pending or canceled orders will be included in a separate email.

*Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer assumes all responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees in the event that a package is refused to be accepted due to import duties or taxes.

Please note that we cannot underestimate orders or mark them as a gift.
